The Learning Experience in Rocky Point, presented the Wildcat Athletic Club with a donation to support the Tom Cutinella 54 Fund. Diane Stalzer, who is the owner of the Learning Experience, organized a fundraising event that involved all of the preschool children and their families. The result was amazing. They raised $1.331.10!
In addition to the fundraising, each of the students made little hearts and little footballs with the number 54 on them, which will be given to the Cutinella Family.
A very warm thank you to the Learning Experience teachers, staff, students and their families for this wonderful donation in Tom's name.
Dear Shoreham Wading River Friends and Community,
I wanted to take time to pause and recognize our community as well as the friends of our community from all over the United States. There has been a tremendous level of support for the Tom Cutinella "54 Fund". In 3 days, our relationship with the You Caring website will come to an end. I am thankful to report that you all have helped to raise over $103,000. The level of caring and support has been extraordinary. The 54 Fund will be used to keep Tom's memory alive for many years to come. It is due to your generosity that we will be able to provide scholarships in Tom's name.
On behalf of the Cutinella Family and the Wildcat Athletic Club, I would like to sincerely thank all those who have supported the 54 Fund.
It is our mission to continue to support the fund to ensure that Tom is never forgotten.
Thank you once again.
